NETWORK
A Repository for all provider and supplier data, the NETWORK module provides an instant, visual overview of all relationships and dependencies. It is the foundation stone of MYRIAD, holding all documents and contacts in context, with the ability to capture risk attributes, indicators and categorisations.
FEES
FEES is the automated invoice capture and processing component of the platform. It performs a three-way reconciliation between invoice, fee schedule and internal transaction data, coupled with rapid generation and maintenance of complex fee schedules. The module has a record of immediate identification of cost reduction opportunities.
PERFORMANCE
A comprehensive and flexible questionnaire engine featuring RFP/RFI and Due Diligence capabilities. Auto-scoring and delta management combine for advanced due diligence functionality, whilst cross‑departmental issue tracking feeds into service‑level monitoring and benchmarking information.
CONTROL
CONTROL allows users to take advantage of the platform’s underlying proprietary, configurable workflow capability and control any internal process. The module leverages enriched task routing for automated processes such as account opening, storing templates for re‑use, and runs a complete audit trail of all activity in the system.
REPORTS
Any and all data held by the platform can be reported upon, the module easily manipulated to allow information to be converted to intelligence. Integration opportunities with legacy systems and data are available and any report built may be stored in the system, enabling ad‑hoc recall and scheduled for delivery to email recipients in a variety of formats.
